The year is 2388; the Dominion War is long in the past, a distant and quickly fading memory. In the Spring of '83 the USS Courageous under the command of then Lieutenant Commander Gregory Tailor discovered a new threat to the Alpha Quadrant -- the Etaoin Shrdlu. A timetable of doom has been established, and as the clock quickly winds down the crew of Langley Station are at the epicenter of the action. Voluntarily rated PG, Langley Station has proudly been in operation for over two years as part of Task Force 21's Independent operations and recently has been transferred to Task Force 21A as the Wolf Star Squadron's only Station SIM.

It is with a sad heart that I announce my resignation as Commanding Officer of Langley Station. I would like to thank all of you for the effort you put forward, the time, the wonderful writing and the stories you helped me write. I want to thank those of the old crew that stayed on or came back. Thank you for your support. I will not be taking on another command. I either don't have the feel for it, or I don't have the support from the fleet for it. Either way, it's not a good idea. I'll miss writing with all of you.
I wish you all luck in your future positions.
