The End
Posted on Tue Nov 29th, 2011 @ 9:22pm by Captain Jacob Dewey
It is with a sad heart that I announce my resignation as Commanding Officer of Langley Station. I would like to thank all of you for the effort you put forward, the time, the wonderful writing and the stories you helped me write. I want to thank those of the old crew that stayed on or came back. Thank you for your support. I will not be taking on another command. I either don't have the feel for it, or I don't have the support from the fleet for it. Either way, it's not a good idea. I'll miss writing with all of you.
I wish you all luck in your future positions.
In faith and loyalty,
Captain Jacob Dewey
Starfleet, Retired
A.K.A Jeremiah

Jeremiah, best of luck to you in your future endeavors. You made me a great second officer before you stepped up to the challenge to become the head honcho.
Regardless of how you may feel about how things turned you, you stepped up to volunteer to lead when no one else would. That makes you a winner in my book. Being a CO is never a easy task, but you've done it faithfully since you started.
All,
If anyone (current crew or a visitor) is going to step up to take over command of Langley Station and wants to continue using this site, email me. If I don't hear anything from anyone before the new year this site will be deleted.
Since 2009, It's been a hell of a run with this same crew and a few new faces along the way. Job well done all.
