Langley Station is positioned perfectly to aid and assist vessels as they head from Federation Headquarters to Obsidian Fleet's Headquarters. Located in the Hromi Cluster, halfway between Earth and the Federation border with the Romulan Star Empire, Langley Station fulfills a vital role to transient starships as a military way-point and resupply facility.

Orbiting the third moon of Triolis IV, Rubanis, in the Triolis System in the Hromi Cluster, Langley Station is a Regula class station home to over 8600 Starfleet personnel and passengers. Langley Colony, situated on the Class M world of Triolis IV, assists the Station as necessary to provide R and R to the crews of as many as 15 starships that can be docked with the Station at one time.
